Want to get rid of some old, unused medication? The Woodlands Township Neighborhood Watch is hosting a Prescription Drug Take-Back Day on Saturday, October 22, 2016, at Township Town Hall. Drop off your unneeded prescription medications and help eliminate the possibility of the drugs harming someone or getting in the wrong hands.
The free and anonymous drop-off service will be handled by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) with assistance from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, District 6.
Liquids, needles or sharps CANNOT be collected at this event, only pills and patches.
Medications will only be accepted during the scheduled time and may not be dropped off before/after the event.
All items must be bagged or boxed for drop-off.
Labels identifying patient should be removed or concealed with a permanent marker.
