A Salute to Public Safety

untitled-1

This holiday, The Woodlands Township Neighborhood Watch reminds residents to give thanks to all of the men and women who are dedicated to public safety and serve our community daily.

Thanksgiving is a day for family, food, fellowship, football and most importantly giving thanks. For many, it also marks the start of a busy holiday season filled with shopping and decorating.

The Woodlands Township Neighborhood Watch encourages families to give thanks to the public safety personnel that serve The Woodlands.  The Neighborhood Watch considers it to be a true honor and privilege to work with and be surrounded by so many outstanding safety professionals in the community.

This weekend, as you relax and enjoy the holiday, the 9-1-1 dispatchers, firefighters, deputies, troopers and paramedics will be out patrolling the streets and standing by for calls. Yesterday, today and tomorrow public safety personnel are always ready to serve – 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. So if you burn the holiday turkey, get in a squabble over a particular football call or speed to Grandma’s house; know that our public safety personnel are nearby to help.

The Woodlands Township Neighborhood Watch says thank you to all of the public safety personnel who contribute to maintaining our sense of community, a safe community.
