Spring Forward Family Tradition

don't forget to (1)Is it losing an hour of sleep, or gaining another hour of daylight after work? Either way you look at it, clocks turn forward one hour on Sunday morning for Daylight Savings Time. The Woodlands Township Neighborhood Watch and The Woodlands Fire Department remind residents that this is also a good time to change batteries in smoke alarms and carbon-monoxide detectors. 

To help keep families safe, residents should start a new tradition by changing smoke and carbon monoxide detector batteries each year when they change their clocks for  Daylight Savings Time. Forming this safety habit, can save a life.
